first week in London

So far the first week in London:
Sunday in the afternoon I arrived at my host family.
I am staying here for three weeks with my classmate Domique. Our Host is a really kind woman, she has a son called Leo.
The week began with many struggles. Of course the first day of school Domique and I were lost and we were an hour too late for school.
That was't a great start.
When we finally arrived at school we were welcomed in a friendly way.
The lessons we had this week were makeup-lessons, special effects , waxing and spa lessons.
The girls in our class are very kind and helpful.
We went to school from Monday till Thursday.
Friday I was free from school and I went to the city with Anne-roos, Vivian, Chantal, Kaylee, Domique, Nina and Samantha.
We saw Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. It is incredible how beautiful this place is!
After doing some cultural things we went shopping and shopped till we dropped.
The next day in the afternoon Domique and I went to Camden Market.
There were very alternative people, that was fun to see.
Also we find out that Amy winehouse worked at Camden Market selling clothes.
We bought some souvenirs and went back home.
In the evening we went out to the city to party.
We met the other girls at Piccadilly Circus and then we walked to TigerTiger, this is one of the biggest night clubs in London.
At about 4 o'clock we went back home using the Night bus.
We had a great time!
So, over the course of the first week . I have got a little bit more used to the loud traffic, the many people, the underground, the weird sounds of the foxes in the night, the unmotivated girls in class, the many cultures, and talking in English all day.
The first impression of the school, host family and city is very good!
I look forward to the next two weeks!
